Analyst in Baltic Equity Research team

Are you passionate about the financial markets and are good at reading the economic indicators of companies?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• compile and update data for equity analysis and create forecasting models of the future performance of companies;
• perform data-based assessments of the company's shares, to compare the results with other companies and with the historical performance;
• prepare regular overviews and reports on the results of the analysis and present them both to internal and external clients;
• be able to defend your opinion with data and fact-based approach;
• collaborate with experienced teammates.

• higher education (preferably finance, economics or mathematics);
• deep interest in the field of financial market and equity analysis (work experience in this field is an advantage);
• ability to find information from various reports and to apply this information in different financial models with purpose of analysis or valuation of a company;
• higher level of using MS Excel for data analysis and database creation;
• fluent use of language in compiling comprehensive reports in local language and in English;
• confidence and responsibility in communicating the results of the analysis and an understanding of the impact of the assessments made on the results of the companies;
• high level of self-discipline, ability to work independently, attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure and deadlines.

If you are to be employed in Latvia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2100-3950 EUR gross i.e. before taxes. 

If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2250-4300 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
