AML Compliance officer

AARDO OÜ is a company providing a cryptocurrency exchange service for a bank transfer. Our goal is to provide users with fast, high-quality and secure access to cryptocurrencies.

Aardo OÜ is looking for an experienced cryptocurrency AML compliance analyst. As part of your position, you will need to maintain the internal AML policy in accordance with the requirements of the law, monitor the fulfillment of all necessary requirements by clients, and also negotiate with partners in this area.

Key responsibilities:Create and maintain updated internal regulations of the entity in the field of preventing money laundering and sponsoring terrorism.Monitor clients' compliance with AML regulations.Negotiating with existing and new partners in the field of financial market regulations.

• Experience in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of Estonian and European legislation in the field of prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Knowledge at an intermediate level of Estonian, English and Russian.
• Ability to achieve the necessary results in communication with partners.
