Job Description

  • Planning, organizing and monitoring of transports
  • Reporting, invoicing and controlling cost
  • Rate quotations and follow up
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships
  • Communication with carriers and airlines

 

Requirements

  • Good communications skills in Estonian, English and Russian
  • Previous work experience in logistics or transport management is recommended or the desire to learn and develop in this field
  • Attentive and tension proof
  • Active commercial mindset
  • IATA certifications (DGD and others) are a great plus or willingness to complete relevant courses
