The Opportunity:This is Masterli’s first hire, which means you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. This is a fully remote role, and after three months, you’ll have the chance to become an owner of the business. What You’ll Do:

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific use cases, experimenting with advanced prompt engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Design and implement autonomous, agentic workflows that help users solve real-world challenges.
• Manage and optimize vector databases to enable fast, accurate retrieval tasks.
• Rapidly prototype AI features to validate concepts and iterate on ideas.
• Integrate APIs seamlessly, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable connections.
• Develop ML Ops pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of AI systems.
• Analyze and optimize AI costs, balancing performance and efficiency.

• Experience working with LLMs and designing prompt engineering solutions.
• Proven ability to create agent-based workflows that are reliable and autonomous.
• Familiarity with vector databases, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and iterative development of AI solutions.
• Knowledge of API integration and best practices for secure connections.
• Understanding of ML Ops pipelines and AI system monitoring.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
