ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (TRAVEL MANAGEMENT)

Job Description

  • Provide expertise to staff members when preparing travels;
  • Provide consultancy to staff members regarding Statement of expenses files;
  • Advise staff members on various matters related to business travel;
  • Provide clear and timely guidance and instructions to staff member on travel and reimbursement matters;
  • Advise staff members about options for travel in accordance with stated objectives;
  • Travel and accommodation planning, reservations and bookings for staff members;
  • 24/7 consultancy meaning work during extended working hours/on-call duty is expected;
  • Provide consultancy in planning and execution linked to financial aspects of business travel.

Requirements

  • Citizenship of an EU Member State;
  • University degree or secondary education;
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in travel management or related field;
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment;
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment;
  • Advanced level of English.
