ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (SECURITY POLICY)

Job Description

  • Mapping and Developing Operating Procedures in Security Policy and Coordination;
  • Drafting the Operating Procedure for the Management of Security Briefings/Debriefings for eu-LISA personnel;
  • Drafting documentation and agendas for events and meetings, drafting summaries and reports of events and meetings;
  • Organising security related events with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Offering expertise in managing events related to internal and external security, as well as coordinating meetings and training sessions;
  • Providing guidance in reviewing proposals and coordinating with relevant stakeholders;
  • Coordinating the flow of work in liaison with staff members from Security unit and/or other eu-LISA department, units;
  • Providing expertise in document management and ensuring internal documents’ repositories are up-to date;
  • Monitoring the fulfilment of contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Citizenship of an EU Member State;
  • University degree or secondary education;
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in security policy or related field;
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment;
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment;
  • Advanced level of English.
