ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT)

Job Description

  • Candidate recruitment and selection related activities;
  • Organise and coordinate selection procedures following EU Staff Regulations & CEOS;
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date recruitment records, document management;
  • Collaborate closely and proactively with hiring managers;
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews;
  • Draft correspondence and prepare documents for recruitment, coordination and management of document flows;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other relevant organisations to expand the network of potential candidates;
  • Use e-recruitment software and tools.

Requirements

  • Citizenship of an EU Member State;
  • University degree or secondary education;
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or related field;
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment;
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment;
  • Advanced level of English.
