ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT)

Job Description

  • Supplies, storage, onboarding, courier and postal management;
  • Drafting guidelines for a supplies management process (use of office ICT software), updating guidelines for a courier and postal services management, drafting internal rules for storage management;
  • Providing expertise and input for technical specifications for the procurement of logistic related services, providing expertise on courier and postal services and in the field of storage through tracking systems;
  • Implementing tracking system for storages;
  • Providing consultancy in space and storage management linked to business-critical goods;
  • Consultancy to the responsible internal stakeholders how to improve onboarding of new colleagues in the area of logistics and office management.

Requirements

  • Citizenship of an EU Member State;
  • University degree or secondary education;
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or related field;
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment;
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment;
  • Advanced level of English.
