ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (HR AND TALENT MANAGEMENT)

Job Description

  • Consultancy for the Human Resources Unit and its Management;
  • Providing administrative support for operating HR procedures, instructions, trainings;
  • Preparation of processes, documents, coordination and management of document and work flows;
  • Coordinating the flow of work in liaison with other staff members, units and departments involved, as well as with external parties; organisation and participation in events and workshops;
  • Keeping an agenda, organising and coordinating appointments, meetings for the sector;
  • Supporting in all planning, execution and monitoring processes; providing input to reports;
  • Supporting HR and Talent Management in the definition of strategies and policies and implementation thereof.

Requirements

  • Citizenship of an EU Member State;
  • University degree or secondary education;
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in HR;
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment;
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment;
  • Advanced level of English.
