ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, PROCUREMENT AND FINANCIALS)

Job Description

  • Provide expertise and prepare financial, contract management and other internal documents for the Procurement, Contracts & Budget Management Team;
  • Provide expertise linked to the use of financial planning tools and Microsoft Excel;
  • Prepare official documents in high level English language;
  • Advise on efficient budget management through close monitoring of its usage (financial software and Excel);
  • Keep record of timely actions needed in order to implement the corporate department’s procurements;
  • Management of lists of corporate licenses, vendors and contractors.

Requirements

  • Citizenship of an EU Member State;
  • University degree or secondary education;
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or financial field;
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment;
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment;
  • Advanced level of English.
