ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (COMMUNICATION)

Job Description

  • Advise on and support the planning, execution of and reporting on the Agency’s communication action plans as per the eu-LISA Communication Strategies and policies;
  • Provide consultancy aimed at supporting the development of the Agency’s communication;
  • Advise on how to improve the Agency’s internal and external communication outputs and formats, how to prepare input for publications, videos, awareness raising products;
  • Advise on the latest trends on making audio and video recordings and taking photos of events, info sessions and performing related post-editing;
  • Provide consultancy aimed at supporting the preparation of responses to media and stakeholder enquiries;
  • Share insights into methodologies for preparing documents such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings and coordinating the document flows related to communication functions;
  • Provide best practices in organising and coordinating appointments/meetings;
  • Attend, in an advisory role, events and workshops related to the communication function.

Requirements

  • Citizenship of an EU Member State;
  • University degree or secondary education;
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in communication, marketing or related field;
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment; willingness to travel;
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment;
  • Advanced level of English.
