Full Time Remote Business & Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Remote Business & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about supporting a company that is making waves in the digital nomad and global entrepreneur space.

  • Administrative Support: Manage and maintain our operational workflow, including scheduling, record-keeping, and coordinating with external parties.
  • Client Management: Provide exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, updates, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Data Management: Oversee data entry, update databases, and ensure the integrity and security of sensitive information.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of team projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communications are seamless.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documents for the business and for clients, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations.

  • Is reliable and consistent.
  • Can work with inituative, sometimes undirected.
  • Is able to maintain output while working remotely.
  • Has written and spoken fluency in Estonian, and very high level in English.
  • Has experience with working with and directing a small team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in administrative or business support roles, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Skills: Knowlede of Gmail/Google Suite, CRM systems, word processing, etc. Knowledge of legal or financial software is a plus.
  • Qualifications: No spedific qualifications are necessary. However, a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Language: Fluency in Estonian, and very high level proficiency in English is necessary. Additional language skills, particularly in Russian or other European languages, are beneficial, though not necessary.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, with a quick learning curve for new technologies.
  • Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Location: Must be based in Estonia, with a stable internet connection, own phone/computer.

Remote Work, Paid leave, Full Estonian Benefits.

We are offering full-time employment in Estonia to someone who can choose their own hours providing the work is done, to work remotely, to receive full Estonian employee benefits (health insurance, 28 days per year paid leave, etc), and receive opportunities for possible bonus pay and growth within the company for the right applicant. In the future, there may also be opportunities for paid travel to company events and for research purposes.

After an initial three month probation period, additional benefits like private health insurance, data (phone/internet) benefit, and sports/gym benefits will be negotiated.
