About the Role

Join Hust Design’s professional team, where growth and collaboration are highly valued. Contribute to our success by helping create unique interiors for our clients. Your primary task will be active sales, from attracting new clients to developing long-term relationships with existing ones, both in project-based work and acquiring new individual/corporate (one-time or recurring) clients. We are looking for someone with an interest in design, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to sell high-quality furniture by emphasizing its value.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Searching for new clients and building long-term relationships;
  • Consulting clients, making offers, signing contracts, and managing orders;
  • Collaborating with interior designers, architects, builders, and other professionals in project-based work;
  • Conducting market analysis and creating strategies to increase the company’s brand awareness and sales.

Requirements

  • Experience in active sales, preferably in the furniture or design sector;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written;
  • Ability to work with systems and analytical tools;
  • High motivation to achieve results and personal development;
  • Experience working in the Baltic markets is an advantage.
