Accounting Assistant / Raamatupidaja abi

Looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support Chief Accountant. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable processes. The role also requires frequent use of Excel to improve our data management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Chief Accountant with daily tasks.
• Updating and managing Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accurate calculations and continuous updates.
• Review and validate incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with our policies and contractual terms.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding invoice-related matters.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge. Experience with the accounting software Standard Books is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in both Estonian and English.
