Job Description
Working as the European Finance Shared Service Center team member, providing the best potential customer service in the area of responsibilities.
Main responsibilities include Bank Transactions recording, Arranging payments, Customer Claim maintenance. Active participation in Finance Continuous Improvement Process.
Tasks/Duties:

Post customer payments to ERP system
-
Prepare and upload weekly payment runs
-
Prepare and upload Draft/direct debit files
-
Post payment files and record other bank transaction in the system

Analyze and process customer claims
-
Prepare audit documents related to area of responsibilities
-
Month end tasks related to area of responsibilities
-
Support in accounting matters to local sites
Requirements
Education:
Degree in Accounting and at least 3-year experience as an Accountant preferably in an international company. Experience in working with accounting software/ERP system.
Experience:

Very good knowledge of oral and written English

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
-
Good computer skills, Excel is a must

Ability to plan work both individually and as team member

Ability to meet deadlines
