As an Accountant for our company, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our business. 

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
  • Assist in creating budgets and forecasts for the company’s projects and operations.

• Tax Compliance:

  • Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities relevant to the tourism industry.

• Expense Tracking:

  • Monitor travel-related expenses and ensure they align with the approved budget.
  • Audit and process employee expense reports.

• Tour-Specific Financial Analysis:

  • Track revenue and costs associated with specific tours and travel packages.
  • Provide financial insights to improve pricing strategies and profitability.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., government tourism licenses, tax laws).

• Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:  Atlest Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum Tase 5 or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in accounting; experience in tourism, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
