Handling customer requests via email and phone
Answering basic product-related questions
Communication with logistics, billing, planning and transportation
Creating credit and debit notes
Order creation and update in SAP
Clarification of problem cases
Delivery follow up and investigation
Order and backlog follow up
You have excellent customer service and problem solving skills
You are clear communicator, empathetic and good listener
You are able to multitask in fast pace environment and have quick self-sufficient thinking
You have ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
You have previous experience in customer service or sales order function
You are fluent in Norwegian and in English, both in written, and in communication
You have completed secondary education, commercial college or equivalent
