Main responsibilities
- Welcome and assist company customers, visitors, and partners by ensuring seamless transportation and escort within the city and airport territory
- Offer customer guidance and support before arrival and during their stay in Tallinn
- Maintain constant communication with customers on site
- Prepare customer offices before their arrival
- Plan and organize events or activities for customers, sometimes after-hours engagements
- Collect customer feedback and relevant notes to improve the customer support service in the company
- Arrange hotel bookings, visas, and invitation letters for customers, if needed
- Perform administrative tasks and provide support to other departments within Magnetic Group when workload permits
- Collaborate with Business Development Manager to develop tailored action plans for each client, focusing on retention and loyalty
Main Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Estonian
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
- Excellent organizational abilities, including multitasking and meeting deadlines
- High level of accuracy and punctuality
- Energetic, outgoing, and naturally positive mindset
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to represent the company to the highest standards
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- A valid Category B driver’s license is a must
