Customer Support Coordinator

Main responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist company customers, visitors, and partners by ensuring seamless transportation and escort within the city and airport territory
  • Offer customer guidance and support before arrival and during their stay in Tallinn
  • Maintain constant communication with customers on site
  • Prepare customer offices before their arrival
  • Plan and organize events or activities for customers, sometimes after-hours engagements
  • Collect customer feedback and relevant notes to improve the customer support service in the company
  • Arrange hotel bookings, visas, and invitation letters for customers, if needed
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide support to other departments within Magnetic Group when workload permits
  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager to develop tailored action plans for each client, focusing on retention and loyalty

Main Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Estonian
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
  • Excellent organizational abilities, including multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and punctuality
  • Energetic, outgoing, and naturally positive mindset
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to represent the company to the highest standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • A valid Category B driver’s license is a must
