SKS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Account Manager (TAM) to oversee the New Product Realization (NPR) process for our valued customer contacts. The TAM will play a critical role in initiating, leading, and closing NPR projects as required by the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This position involves significant travel to customer sites globally and requires close collaboration with local Process Engineers, Quality Managers, and other key personnel to ensure the successful launch of new products.
- Project Leadership: Initiate, lead, and close New Product Realization projects as required by the CCO.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local Process Engineers, Quality Managers, and other involved positions to ensure project success.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly report progress against the project plan to the CEO, CCO, and local COO.
- APQP Plan Development: Develop and maintain an Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) plan to ensure successful product launches.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the technical counterpart to customers, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
