Application Engineer

- Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems

- Work within diverse remotely located teams in an environment where people are recognized for their contribution

- Working with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party systems or components into the existing IT infrastructure

- Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT personnel during and after the integration process

- Automating integration processes where possible to reduce manual effort and to improve consistency and reliability

- Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest and implement innovative integration solutions

To succeed in this position, you should have:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development/application administration or similar IT work

- Good understanding of integration best practices and related design patterns

- Considerable experience with RESTful APIs

- Working experience with SQL databases(MSSQL, Oracle)

- Business-ready English (B2-C1)

- Customer service skills, good teamwork and communication skills

- Effective data management and workflow design capabilities

Valued Optional Skills / Knowledge are:

- Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

- Understanding of communication/integration protocols (HTTP, SFTP, AS2, MS Graph API)

- Experience with integrations with large ERPs and CRMs

- Azure experience (EntraID, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Sharepoint basics)
