Lending Operations Expert

Lending Operations Department is looking for Lending Operations Expert to join our Baltic team. This position offers a mix of administrative tasks and creative exercises with possibility to improve and optimize daily routine by creating more exciting opportunities.

Get ready to:
- Administer loan contracts, guarantees, letters of credit;
- Obtain required additional information and enter data into databases;
- Prepare various credit reports;
- Continuous monitoring of existing credit projects in a way that allows to make appropriate risk mitigation recommendations based on the results of the analysis;
- Improve internal organizational work by submitting new ideas and creating new instructions.

- Higher education in economics, finance or accounting;
- 2+ years of professional experience in finance sector;
- Understanding of banking processes;
- High sense of responsibility, initiative and result-oriented;
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Proficiency in Estonian, good knowledge of English. Russian will be advantage;
- A proactive problem solver with a “can-do” attitude, creativity, passion and initiative;
- Willingness to get tasks done in time and with good quality;
- Analytical, critical and problem-solving mindset.
