collaborate closely with internal and regional teams, local stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of operational processes and quality initiatives and to address market-specific operational challenges and requirements.

Requirements
We will be happy if you have
Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field and proven experience in a leadership role
strong knowledge of operations process optimization methodologies, quality management principles, and industry best practices
commitment to quality service delivery and high employee satisfaction
familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong leadership and team management abilities
