Job Description

We are now seeking a collaborative and efficient HR Specialist to help us further building the future of food. In this permanent role you will report to the Head of HR, Finland & Baltics and be part of a great People & Culture community of people based in our locations across Europe. In this role you will be located in Saue, Estonia.  

You are a quick learner with proactive problem-solving skills. With a positive can-do attitude, you operating with your HR colleagues.  

What you will do  

  • Run versatile administrative tasks such as maintaining HR data, ensuring payroll data accuracy and managing employment benefits  
  • Provide support to our line managers and employees on our HR policies, procedures, systems and tools 
  • Gather materials for the payroll processing and implement compensation changes to the payroll
  • Ensure data quality in our solutions and correctness of the pay periodic salary payment
  • Provide support in preparation of mandatory employment documentation and in general HR matters e.g. recruitments
  • Keep up the continuous development of HR processes and practices in your responsibility area and be involved in HR projects and processes depending on your previous experience 
  • Participate in the recruitment process of production employees

Requirements

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this 

  • Minimum 2 years of generalist experience in the HR field or HR administration 
  • Familiarity of working with several personnel groups in an international environment
  • Experience of project work, HRIS systems (preferably Workday), building reports and providing guidance on HR topics 
  • Desire to support and guide hiring managers during the recruitment process 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field 
  • Fluency in Estonian and English on a professional level, both oral and written. Finnish language is considered to be a benefit.
