Triobet have an exciting opportunity for a new UI Designer to join the team in Tallinn, Estonia. You will be the behavioural scientist of the design team, passionate about designing beautiful and simple user interfaces and interactive experiences, free from the frustrating elements that impair the designs we see so much today. Working for a very exciting brand, you are able to take business needs and product requirements and transform them into user-focused and intuitive web, mobile and product experiences. UI designer will strategise with UX and product managers, marketers, and other key stakeholders to create UI mock-ups, prototypes (all levels of fidelity), user flows and functional specs so their designs maximize usability and deliver the best customer experience in the industry whilst supporting the commercial KPIs of the team.
Evaluation of functional and business design requirements from product owners.
Reconciliation of user, business and development needs in approach to solving design problems.
Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes (all levels of fidelity) using tools like Sketch 3, Photoshop, UXPin etc.
Assess the effectiveness and usability of a preliminary design or prototype, as well as users’ thought processes and conceptual understanding.
Collect and synthesise qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate design decisions and develop a deep understanding of the human behind the term 'user'.
Documenting screen-level interactions.
Presentation of design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders.
Working with visual designers, content writers and software developers to ensure the smooth transition of interaction design into development and, ultimately, how accurately design is translated into site experience.
Active participation in continuous improvement methodology ensuring a certain quality standard upon product launch (MVP) followed by further improvements based on iterative and evaluative feedback.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure flagship campaigns are optimised.

Requirements
Ability to think and see what the user sees when confronted by our interface designs.
Ability to see the potential design pitfalls before they become a problem for our users and solve these problems.
Understanding of how to elevate design above those of our competitors.
Have the knowledge necessary to design interactions that provide satisfying user experience and in turn increase commercial performance.
Medium knowledge of HTML and CSS
Fluent in English
Previous working experience on similar position for 2-4 years
Intermediate level experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
Ability to see the potential design pitfalls before they become a problem for our users and solve these problems.
Understanding of how to elevate design above those of our competitors.
Have the knowledge necessary to design interactions that provide satisfying user experience and in turn increase commercial performance.
Medium knowledge of HTML and CSS
