Occasional remote work possibility

Job Description

Your main responsibilties will include:

  • Taking care of defined operative PTP tasks within the payments area, handling own area tickets in SNOW tool;
  • Handling application errors and user problems;
  • Continuous improvement in payments area, seeknig for possibilities of automation;
  • Participating in financial projects, system version and upgrade updates as a tester and process designer;
  • Monitoring the daily work quality and reporting to team lead based on agreed process.

Requirements

What we would like from you:

  • At least a few years experienve in the payments area;
  • Fluency in English, Finnish skill is a plus;
  • Knowledge of PTP process, tools and systems;
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and requirements is a plus;
  • SAP knowledge;
  • Service mindset and good communication skills;
  • Interest in continuous improvement
